Is it clean?
We don't measure a job by how many trucks we washed, how many hours we've been there, or how many times we went over it. We measure it by one thing: is it clean?
If it needs another pass, it gets another pass. If it needs brushed, we grab a brush. If the dirt is underneath it, we're getting underneath it. If we have to climb in it, on it, over it, or around it to reach what everyone else skips—we will.
We leave when it's clean to our standards, not when we've technically completed the wash.
